We accept a range of insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance and/or you plan to self-pay, we also offer competitive self-pay rates.

RATE FOR PRIVATE PAY
Individual 45-minute sessions cost $120. Private pay controls and protects your treatments from insurance companies.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR
PRIVATE PAY
For private pay clients who are out of network, I provide the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be charged for the entire session if you miss your appointment without informing me 48 hours in advance.

Debit and/or credit card accepted for payment at the time of service.
